Expert Forecast Program Refund Policy

The football prediction plans sold by experts are divided into two types: Incorrect, refund and Incorrect, no refund.

1. Incorrect, refund: If the prediction of this period is incorrect, the ball coins will be automatically returned within 48 hours.
2. Incorrect, no refund: Regardless of whether the prediction content is correct or not, the ball coins used by users to purchase this expert’s plan cannot be refunded.

How to distinguish the expert's solution type?

On the plan details page and expert help page, expert plans that are not withdrawn will be labeled Incorrect, Refund. Any expert plan without this label is a dead end.

The prediction plans sold on the player list are all incorrect, no refunds.
